Stephany Acosta, Founder
Stephany received her personal training certification at the Cooper Institute in Dallas Texas. She has since furthered her education by receiving certifications in Biomechanics, Functional Fitness Training, Dietary Guidance and Master Fitness Training. She has been in the industry for 15 years and has had the opportunity to work with all fitness levels from overweight people to figure and triathlon competitors.
Tryston Mizerak, Personal Trainer
Tryston Received his personal training certification through the American Council of Exercise. After being an athlete from a young age all the way through the collegiate ranks, training and fitness became a huge priority to him. His experience with training comes from strength & conditioning, HIIT circuits and full body style workouts. He wanted to pursue training as an opportunity to help others achieve their health and fitness goals.
Brijesh Rajpara, Personal Trainer
Brijesh's philosophy focuses on continual lifelong learning as he works towards enhancing the well-being of his clients. He empowers our clients with the knowledge, skills, support, guidance, and resources to assist and inspire them on their journey to a healthier life. Brijesh will transform your quality of life through active participation in regular fitness activities and the integration of guided fitness programs.
Amanda Englebrecht, Personal Trainer
While attending the University of North Texas, Amanda received her training certification through the Cooper Institute and NASM. Training became her passion as a way to better the lives of her clients in & out of the gym. She graduated from UNT with a bachelor's in Kinesiology, and a minor in Nutrition. She is a big believer in living your BEST life!
