Stephany Acosta, Founder

Biography

Stephany received her personal training certification at the Cooper Institute  in Dallas Texas. She has since furthered her education by receiving certifications in Biomechanics, Functional Fitness Training, Dietary Guidance and Master Fitness Training. She  has been in the industry for 15 years and has had the opportunity to work with all fitness levels from  overweight people to figure and triathlon competitors.

Tryston Mizerak, Personal Trainer

Biography

Tryston Received his personal training certification through the American Council of Exercise. After being an athlete from a young age all the way through the collegiate ranks, training and fitness became a huge priority to him. His experience with training comes from strength & conditioning, HIIT circuits and full body style workouts. Jake Harless, Personal Trainer

Biography

Jake holds a Bachelors’ degree in Biology with minors in Kinesiology and Psychology from Southeastern Oklahoma State University, where he also played three seasons on the baseball team.  He spent his first two years at Carl Albert State College and Eastern Oklahoma State College where he played on two NJCAA World Series teams and graduated with an Associates’ degree in Science.

Marvin Urtes, Personal Trainer

Biography

Marvin started his fitness journey in 2009, when made it a focus to gain muscle mass like a bodybuilder. He previously had struggled with being thin. He quickly fell in love with weight lifting and the sport of bodybuilding. He even went to compete in the NPC physique division. This is what highly inspired him to become a personal trainer.

Sarah An, Personal Trainer

Biography

Sarah loved gymnastics, soccer, and cheer leading growing up but struggled to work out consistently as an adult. She then decided in 2010 to hire her first personal trainer. After a couple of tailored sessions, she was addicted! She also started Orangetheory Fitness as a client and fell in love with rowing, HIIT training, and the community.
