All of our fitness specialists are certified by accredited institutions and continue to develop develop new and improved techniques to be able to get you the best results as efficiently as possible.


Stephany Acosta

Stephany received her personal training certification at the Cooper Institute in Dallas Texas. She has since furthered her education by receiving certifications in Biomechanics, Functional Fitness Training, Dietary Guidance and Master Fitness Training. She has been in the industry for 18 years and has had the opportunity to work with all fitness levels from overweight people to figure and triathlon competitors. After working with some of the best trainers in the business, Stephany decided to open her own health & wellness company to help those in the corporate world find balance in their health & wellness. Her background is in Track & Field and Dance.

Tryston Mizerak

Tryston Received his personal training certification through the American Council of Exercise. After being an athlete from a young age all the way through the collegiate ranks, training and fitness became a huge priority to him. His experience with training comes from strength & conditioning, HIIT circuits and full body style workouts. He wanted to pursue training as an opportunity to help others achieve their health and fitness goals. His rule for training and life is- “Life doesn’t require that we be the best, only that we try our best.” He is a former football player from Texas State University where he got his Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.

Marvin Urtes

Marvin started his fitness journey in 2009, when made it a focus to gain muscle mass like a bodybuilder. He previously had struggled with being thin. He quickly fell in love with weight lifting and the sport of bodybuilding. He even went to compete in the NPC physique division. This is what highly inspired him to become a personal trainer. He got certified to help others reach their own fitness goals! Marvin has worked with all types of fitness levels and has been working in the industry for 5 years. The most satisfying part of his job as a fitness expert is helping people accomplish fitness goals that they would previously think to be impossible.

Jake Harless

Jake holds a Bachelors’ degree in Biology with minors in Kinesiology and Psychology from Southeastern Oklahoma State University, where he also played three seasons on the baseball team. He spent his first two years at Carl Albert State College and Eastern Oklahoma State College where he played on two NJCAA World Series teams and graduated with an Associates’ degree in Science. He is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the Cooper Institute. He holds a certification in Biomechanics of Resistance Training through the Cooper Institute and holds CAPEC certification. Jake specializes in core stabilization and sport specific training. He has over 20 years’ experience in organized athletics as well as the fitness industry.

Stephany Benitez

Stephany was an overweight kid that decided to take initiative at a young age to take control of her health. At the age of 13 She started her fitness journey and by the time she was she joined the Garland Police Boxing gym. Stephany participated in various sports growing up such as track, cross country and soccer. At the young age of 18 She began to coach boxing and has remained a certified coach under USA boxing. A year later Stephany decided to get her certification to become a personal trainer, because she wanted offer the happiness that working out gave her to others. She received her Associates of Science in 2022. Currently, She does MMA and competes in amateur fights, hoping to continue on this path while also going to school.

Jordan Berry

From an early age, Jordan was always active in athletics. He was diagnosed with scoliosis in high school, yet he never let that stop him from being active & healthy. He received his Certified Personal Training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine through Intellitec College in Colorado. Jordan strives to bring out the inner athlete in everyone through HIIT & Strength training based workouts. Jordan’s philosophy when it comes to training is to get the body moving in multiple positions & ranges of motion through various mediums of exercises. Whether he uses machines, ropes, kettle bells, or dumbbells, Jordan has the experience & knowledge to build strength, stability, & endurance to all ages, from adolescents blooming into their bodies to more experienced warriors looking revitalize & go beyond. He also likes to show off some of his dance moves while motivating his clients.
