Meet the team

All of our fitness specialists are certified by accredited institutions and continue to develop develop new and improved techniques to be able to get you the best results as efficiently as possible.


Stephany Acosta

Stephany received her personal training certification at the Cooper Institute in Dallas Texas. She has since furthered her education by receiving certifications in Biomechanics, Functional Fitness Training, Dietary Guidance and Master Fitness Training. She has been in the industry for 18 years and has had the opportunity to work with all fitness levels from overweight people to figure and triathlon competitors. After working with some of the best trainers in the business, Stephany decided to open her own health & wellness company to help those in the corporate world find balance in their health & wellness. Her background is in Track & Field and Dance.

Head Trainer/Manager

Tryston Mizerak

Tryston Received his personal training certification through the American Council of Exercise. After being an athlete from a young age all the way through the collegiate ranks, training and fitness became a huge priority to him. His experience with training comes from strength & conditioning, HIIT circuits and full body style workouts. He wanted to pursue training as an opportunity to help others achieve their health and fitness goals. His rule for training and life is- “Life doesn’t require that we be the best, only that we try our best.” He is a former football player from Texas State University where he got his Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.

Personal Trainer

Jake Harless

Jake holds a Bachelors’ degree in Biology with minors in Kinesiology and Psychology from Southeastern Oklahoma State University, where he also played three seasons on the baseball team. He spent his first two years at Carl Albert State College and Eastern Oklahoma State College where he played on two NJCAA World Series teams and graduated with an Associates’ degree in Science. He is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the Cooper Institute. He holds a certification in Biomechanics of Resistance Training through the Cooper Institute and holds CAPEC certification. Jake specializes in core stabilization and sport specific training. He has over 20 years’ experience in organized athletics as well as the fitness industry.

Marcela Lainez

Marcela was Born in El Salvador and came to TX when she was 11 years old. She started teaching Zumba in 2016 after having first born son. Her biggest takeaway during that time, was that people left class feeling better about themselves than when they got there- either mentally, emotionally, or physically. That was when she decided to expand her passion to help others connect their body and mind by getting certified as a personal trainer through ISSA. Marcela strives to nurture and strengthen a healthy relationship between body & mind. She loves to go on hikes & spend time connecting with nature. She is a mother of 3 and maintaining a healthy & balanced lifestyle has been the main objective for her. Discipline, hard work, accountability, and compassion have been pillars for her to continuously work on being the best version of herself. When you train with Marcela, you will be motivated by her desire to help you unlock your full potential while pulling out your inner beast!

Corben DeLeon

Corben has been dedicated to living a healthy lifestyle and keeping the body moving since his teenage years. He was previously obese and sedentary as a kid. He believes a healthy body can help create a better and healthier mind. He initially started with power lifting and mastering the compound movements such as squats and dead lifts. Corben then got certified as trainer through NFPT. Since learning strength training he's become more interested in general fitness including flexibility, conditioning, and strength. He's passionate about weight training, aerobic conditioning, and combat sports. Whether you’re working on losing weight, gaining muscle, or improving your health altogether, Corben will tailor your workouts and make them just right for you. Being able to help people better themselves through exercise and push their limits is his philosophy in training. Every day is a day to be better … and when you’re training with him, you’ll feel like an A+ student!
