Fitness challenge at Elevate Fitness

Needing a little motivation to get your health in the right direction?

For the month April, we'll be starting The Murph & Turf Fitness challenge that will give you body weight & workouts, healthy recipes to try and a FREE weekly fitness class! The challenge is designed to get you ready to do the infamous Murph challenge on Monday May 28th! You choose your level upon Entry:

Standard Murph 
- 1 mile run
- 300 squats
- 200 pushups 
- 100 Pullups
Partner Murph (one person works while the other rests, only one at a time)
- 1 mile run
- 300 squats
- 200 pushups 
- 100 Pullups
Mini Murph 
- .5 mile run
- 150 squats
- 100 pushups 
- 50 Pullups
Mini Partner Murph (one person works while the other rests, only one at a time)
- .5 mile run
- 150 squats
- 100 pushups 
- 50 Pullups

 

Not matter what your fitness level, the challenged is designed to work with your fitness level, get you moving, feeling better & and become a better version of yourself then what you 1st started!

To register for this challenge, there is an entry fee of $20 to cover to expenses put into your workouts and classes!
