TABATA SWEAT is a muscle conditioning class using an Eastern Philosophy type of training. 4 minute intervals of pushing your body to the max! We work on all of the body muscle to improve conditioning and muscle tone. Expect muscle soreness and and great muscle conditioning from this class!
Activ8 is a core focused class with intense circuit training to have you burning calories, building muscle while targeting the foundation of your strength-your core muscles. This class will be done in 8-minute circuits with minimal rest time, starting with a warm-up, ending with a cool down and training every muscle in between. This class is designed to make you sweat and build your core as well as the rest of your body for a stronger, leaner you!
