Stephany received her personal training certification at the Cooper Institute in Dallas Texas. She has since furthered her education by receiving certifications in Biomechanics, Functional Fitness Training, Dietary Guidance and Master Fitness Training. She has been in the industry for 18 years and has had the opportunity to work with all fitness levels from overweight people to figure and triathlon competitors. After working with some of the best trainers in the business, Stephany decided to open her own health & wellness company to help those in the corporate world find balance in their health & wellness. Her background is in Track & Field and Dance.
Tryston Received his personal training certification through the American Council of Exercise. After being an athlete from a young age all the way through the collegiate ranks, training and fitness became a huge priority to him. His experience with training comes from strength & conditioning, HIIT circuits and full body style workouts. He wanted to pursue training as an opportunity to help others achieve their health and fitness goals. His rule for training and life is- “Life doesn’t require that we be the best, only that we try our best.” He is a former football player from Texas State University where he got his Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
Melissa Machkhachian has been a personal trainer for 7 years. She loves to utilize strength training for her personal programing. She started her career in Beirut, Lebanon- where she coached women’s basketball at AGBU and then moved into training the general population. She has always been passionate about fitness. She played all sports as a child and wanted to translate her passion into a career as an adult. She cares deeply about her clients, and there’s nothing of more value to her than helping somebody go through an experience that makes them happy, confident, and stronger than they were beforehand. Her passion for helping others find happiness in life and feel good about themselves is what she believes will help you excel in life. A fun fact about Melissa is that she can speak 3 languages fluently! When you train with Melissa, you will have so much fun in her session, you'll forget you're getting your butt kicked!
Zoe enjoyed playing sports as a kid, primarily soccer. During one of her games she had an injury and it forced her to learn how to rehab herself. After feeling how good it felt to work on her weak parts, she felt that she wanted to help others feel better about themselves. Zoe graduated from college with her Bachelors in Kinesiology. She is also XPS Performance Coach certified . She trained at EXOS with athletes ranging from High School Sports to NFL Athletes to Retired Athletes.
Travon’s fitness journey began with his love for sports, excelling in football, basketball, and track. In college, he combined his passion for movement and curiosity about the mind by studying Psychology before
switching to Kinesiology to focus on how the body works. Since graduating from SFASU in 2019, Travon has brought his expertise and high energy to bootcamps, one-on-one training, small groups, kickboxing, and partner workouts. His motto, “Get Right by Any Means!” reflects his commitment to helping clients crush their goals.
