Natalie is passionate in helping people find an outlet in fitness and expanding their knowledge in nutrition. She is a recent graduate with a degree in Nutrition/Dietetics, where she did work within her college community with nutrition and nutrition counseling. Natalie is a former collegiate athlete, and after sustaining an injury in sports; she found a balance and safety net in weight training. Her training style incorporates functional fitness with a focus in mobility advancement, weight training, and weight loss progression. She is a firm believer in short term goal setting, that translates into long term success. Natalie’s goal as a personal trainer is to build self confidence and passion for creating a healthy lifestyle.
