We offer a variation of training options. We have 6,8,10,12, and 20 session packages that range in time and can be done virtually or in person at our Elevate Fitness gym in Dallas, TX. You, as the client, picks a time you would like to have your session and are provided trainers that are available. This grants you the privaledge of being able to adapt to a crazy weekly schedule.
