Sarah loved gymnastics, soccer, and cheerleading growing up but struggled to work out consistently as an adult. She then decided in 2010 to hire her first personal trainer. After a couple of tailored sessions, she was addicted! She also started Orangetheory Fitness as a client and fell in love with rowing, HIIT training, and the community. She strongly felt it was time for a career change after 15 years in Public Health Research as a biostatistician. She started her career in fitness in 2016. Sarah holds her personal training, group fitness, nutritional coaching, and wellness consultant certifications from NAFC. She has coached over 1,500 Orangetheory classes, trained well over 2,000 private sessions, and can empathize with clients due to her own fitness journey.
