His goal is to make your health goals become a reality, in a caring, fun, and dynamic environment. His background with physical therapy has enabled him to work with injuries and post surgical clients by focusing on therapeutic range of motion, biomechanics, and strength. Brijesh has a Bachelors of Kinesiology from Temple University and he is also NASM Personal Trainer Certified. He also loves to stay active by participating in Cycling, Running, Hiking/Camping, Yoga, Cooking, Reading, and Travel. Training with Brijesh will get your body Elevated!
