Since graduating from Texas State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Sports Science and Pre-Physical Therapy, Amanda has been working as a successful and knowledgeable Personal Trainer in the Dallas/Fort Worth Area. In 2010 she started the notion to further her career by completing a Master of Science degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion with emphasis on Human Performance and Injury Prevention. Amanda’s experience in fitness includes working as the Director of Wellness at Brook Hollow Golf Club where she started their Wellness Facility from the ground up. Amanda’s coaching philosophy stems from her education and experience that you are only as strong as your weakest link, which she strives to uncover with every one of our clients. Amanda enjoys working with clients of all ages, sizes, and goals but more specifically she specializes in weight loss, endurance training, sports specific/athletic training, core conditioning, rehabilitation and corrective exercise.
