  • Sweat4Sweat 4 is focused and muscle building and conditioning. This weight training class will focus on muscle-specific exercises in 4 minute intervals to the point of muscle failure. If you are looking for more muscle definition and size then this is the class for you! with Christina Martinez 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm
  • Vinyasa YogaThis is a class for all fitness levels that will take you through a series of movements with a dynamic flow from posture to posture. with Shamira West 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm

Tuesday

  • Strength Boot CampThis is a class focused on strength and conditioning your muscle with functional and power movements with an emphasis on proper technique. This class is designed to help understand proper lifting without injury. with Jeremy Roark 6:00 am to 7:00 am
  • Total Body Boot CampThis class is designed to use compound workout movements with cardio to increase fat burning and simultaneous condition your muscle to achieve muscle toning and help you feel amazing after! with Stephany Acosta 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm

Wednesday

  • Booty BurnBooty Burn is a 45-minute class that focuses on helping you get that J-Lo booty. This will be a class will be solely focused on building all muscles of your glutes; Maximus, Media, and Minimus. These isolated workouts will not only help you lift heavy weight better, it will also shape that booty to be rounder, firmer and simply smokin’! with Mckenzie Hartman 5:30 pm to 6:15 pm
  • Activ8 with Christina Martinez 6:15 pm to 7:15 pm
  • Dance VibesDance Vibes is a combination of cardio and all forms of dance! This class is made to make you sweat while working on simple, repetitive choreography!  From Hip Hop music to Indie Pop, the music is meant to make you feel some happy vibes while getting your sweat on!  Come to this class to work out some stress and dance your butt off! with Christina Martinez 7:15 pm to 8:15 pm

Activ8 is a core focused class with intense circuit training to have you burning calories, building muscle while targeting the foundation of your strength-your core muscles. This class will be done in 8-minute circuits with minimal rest time, starting with a warm-up, ending with a cool down and training every muscle in between. This class is designed to make you sweat and build your core as well as the rest of your body for a stronger, leaner you!
